Shipping

Shipping in Italy are free, made by DHL, UPS, SDA, BRT. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over € 250. Made through Express Courier.

Delivery time

Deliveries in Italy are made between 1 to 4 working days in most locations. In European Union countries, deliveries are made within 2 to 6 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery times are 5 to 7 working days depending on the place of destination and customs.

For some items as specified in the description sheet, delivery times are established as follows:

  • Italy: 5 to 10 working days
  • European Union: 7 to 15 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 20 working days

Customs duties

For shipments outside the EU and Brexit countries, import duties are charged to the customer.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your shipment on the dashboard of your registration account. After your payment order has been processed, the status is "Complete" and you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping address

In order to ensure correct delivery times, we ask you to fill in all the blanks required for the shipping address, telephone number is very important. We are not responsible for any errors or missing information in the customer address.

Packaging damaged or tampered with

We are not responsible for any delay or damage of the products. If the shipment is made with the carrier and the packaging is damaged or tampered please indicate bubble acceptance subject. It is strongly recommended to take a picture of the packaging, after and before opening it.

Other information

In case of refusal of delivery, or in case of impossibility to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Dedè Couture, the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the goods and the customs duties will be deducted from the refund. The couriers provide for a second delivery attempt in case of absence of the recipient. After this second attempt, your order will be stored in the closest warehouse. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will send a message with a telephone number to organize a new delivery or collection at the warehouse. Warehouse costs may be charged to the customer if the delivery cannot be made due to the customer's fault.
